WEDDINGS
Wedding projects consist of custom songs, an option for film, or combined to create a full movie production.
Any duration in length, any genre of music, with vocals or without vocals, professionally produced and mixed to a professional quality, and client is provided with 3 CD copies of the song(s). Furthermore, TLMP will do all the paperwork necessary with the United States Copyright Office in order to protect the song and the client, as needed, (explained below), and provide the client/ TLMP with the certified registration form within 5-7 weeks after submission. The current fee to copyright a song with the Library of Congress is $45 per composition. This fee will be included in the package price.
Copyrights: TLMP copyright process is as follows:
If TLMP originally composes both the music and the lyrics, then TLMP shall retain sole copyright ownership of the song(s) with the Library of Congress at the United States Copyright Office. Therefore the client is being charged a fee to use the song(s) for a “term of use” to be determined at the time of contract execution.
Should the client provide lyrics or music, (one or the other), then the copyright ownership of the song(s) will be distributed equally (50/50) between TLMP and the client. This means that any opportunity the song(s) has of being used for profit, (other than the wedding agreed to beforehand), must be mutually agreed to in a separate contract between the two parties owning the copyright of that work.
Should the client provide lyrics and music, TLMP only charges a fee to record, produce, and mix the composition and therefore would retain 0 (zero) percent copyright ownership of the song and the client shall retain full copyright ownership to do with the song(s) whatever they please. Furthermore, it will be to the clients’ discretion to use an affiliation with TLMP upon the completion of the wedding day. Each package price may vary due to the above-stated copyright ownership.

TLMP will send out our very experienced professional film crew to film your entire day. From the
moment you and your “spouse- to- be” wake up, one camera will follow the bride around and onewill follow the groom around. Then when the ceremony and reception commence, the film crew will
capture the event from all angles. This is then brought back to our editing crew, to edit the footage into abeautiful movie of the day’s events. This then goes to our composing crew and original music is scored to your movie. Finally, it is wrapped up in a nice little package and delivered to the bride and groom.Completion time depends on the package picked. Each additional copy requested is an extra fee. Each Package may vary depending on songs in movie.
